Dr. Lu Yi-Chun is a Ph.D. in the Department of Business Administration at National Sun Yat-sen University, and she is an assistant professor in the Department of Business Administration at Soochow University. Her research has focused on family businesses, ranging from family SMEs and family business groups to professional service firms (PSFs) that have worked with family businesses. Her publications include the journal papers listed on SSCI and TSSCI, and she also serves as a reviewer of TSSCI’s first-tier journals. Besides journal papers, she has also collaborated with the Family Business Research Center of the European School of Business Administration (Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires; INSEAD) to publish several teaching cases, highlighting the significance of Taiwanese family businesses. Her effort promotes the uniqueness of Taiwanese family business and contributes to accumulating distinguished knowledge in the global academic community.
