Yun-Chi Lee is a Ph.D. of the Department of Finance, National Central University. She is now an associate professor at the Department of Business Administration, Soochow University. Her research areas are related to corporate finance, corporate governance, and financial institutions. She published several academic papers in prestigious journals belonging to SSCI, SCIE, or TSSCI. She has been involved in National Science and Technology Council research projects for many years and serves as a peer reviewer for various academic journals. In terms of her experiences, she was a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Finance, National Chengchi University, an associate researcher at the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research, and an assistant professor, and then an associate professor at the Department of Finance, Ming Chuan University. She mainly carried out the programs commissioned by the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs when she was at the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research. When returning to school, she taught principles of economics, financial management, international financial management, financial markets, and other related subjects. She also had classes conducted in English. In addition, she used to be a part-time professor at the Xiamen University of Technology. As being an advisor, she has been granted the “Excellent Advisor Award” for the academic years 2017, 2018, and 2020, and the “Master Teacher Award” by R.O.C. Private Education Association in year 2019. She used to be an instructor of “NSTC College Student Research Scholarship”, and “Fubon Life Management Doctor and Master Thesis Award”. She will continue to contribute her expertise in the field of finance in the future.
